Privacy Policy

1. Summary

SonicClean does not ask you to create an account or submit your name, phone number, contacts, photos, or audio recordings. Core cleaning actions run on your device. The app does, however, use certain Google services for diagnostics, analytics, and optional purchases, as described below.

2. Information the app may process

Information you provide

You can use the core features without giving us personal information. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and message you choose to send. We use that information only to respond to your request and keep reasonable support records.

App, device, and diagnostic information

The Android build includes Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may process information such as app interactions, app version, device model, operating-system version, approximate technical identifiers, performance data, and crash diagnostics. This helps us understand stability and improve the app. Firebase processes this information under Google's terms and policies.

Purchases

Optional premium purchases are handled through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payment details. SonicClean does not receive your full payment-card number. The app reads the purchase status needed to unlock premium features and may store that entitlement locally on your device.

Information stored locally

The app stores settings such as your selected language, theme, onboarding status, notification preference, and premium entitlement in local Android storage. The cleaning controls do not upload your speaker audio, microphone recordings, or personal files.

3. How information is used

• To provide water ejection, frequency, blower, vibration, and speaker-test features.
• To remember app settings and keep the experience consistent.
• To verify purchases made through Google Play.
• To diagnose crashes, monitor reliability, and improve the app.
• To respond when you contact support.

4. Permissions

• Internet: Used for Google Play services and bundled Firebase services when they connect. Core sound and vibration controls are performed on the device.
• Vibration: Used by Vibration Cleaner and related haptic feedback.
• Notifications: Optional notification access may be requested on Android 13 and newer for app status or reminders. You can deny or later disable it in Android settings.

SonicClean does not request microphone, contacts, or camera access. The app may declare optional device features for compatibility, but it does not use them to record personal content.

5. Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers needed to operate the app, including Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting and Google Play for app distribution and billing. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Retention and deletion

Local settings remain on your device until you clear the app data, uninstall SonicClean, or remove the relevant settings in the app. Because the app does not create user accounts, there is no account profile for us to delete. Firebase and Google Play may retain technical, diagnostic, or purchase records according to their policies and legal obligations.

7. Your choices

You can decline notification permission, turn off notifications in Android settings, clear local app data, uninstall the app, and manage Google Play and Google account privacy settings through your device or Google account controls. Some service diagnostics may be managed through Google's Android or Firebase controls.

8. Children's privacy

SonicClean is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the information handled through the app and our support channel. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted in the updated policy or in the app where appropriate.
